problem building LDOE

it does not allow me to build some things, like the communication tower, banner, and something else, does someone else have that?
I'm at level 43

because they are unreleased it will cause your game save to stop working so i suggest removing them before you leave the game

He means the one he listed there is the one that you are not allowed to craft & place and it might cause your account to start new again.
