How to fix if my progress freezes and I'm not able to restore after game update from the current time. But evey time I'm starting with player 8034 from the beginning after restore! I dont want to change apple id? How to fix?

Actually you crafted an unreleased item and you progress is lost, uninstall and reinstall to start over. Actually there’s a problem on the apps server so come back later when it will be fixed to reinstall it we’ll help you if necessary
