Yes that is the jailbreak one non jailbroken don’t have a menu all hacks are pre enabled , and restart your game to get activated

You can get coins by resetting your skills, buy energy for travel, in the free box in the store and with magazines if you have some. Energy works with coins ? and for this version of the hack you need to level up to get blueprints unlocked ???
