Make sure phone is unlocked and the app isn’t already installed before install the hacked ipa 

Restart your phone as well just to make sure

I downloaded the non-jailbreak version ..

I installed it yesterday and uninstalled it again. I cann't install it today. other IPA can install it

Yes I understand but if you follow what I said earlier it can either fix your issue or lower the search in finding your problem
