I only have the 1.7.12 hack. Is there an update for 1.8 that I can use without loosing my progress and starting over?

I haven't been able to contact any raiders either, so I can't raid other bases yet. I heard you can find the frequency to call them on your radio, but I can't find it on mine. Is this a bug, or did I do something wrong? Any advice would be very much appreciated!!

Hey everyone, so I've been on 1.7.12 and today I got the "Update The Game" pop up when I tried to play, is it safe to update? Wouldn't we lose the hack if the game is actually a TweakBox app. When you click on update the Apple App store opens. Thanks in advance for any help.
