Help with marvel champions

Ive been trying to install and reinstall it several times becuase whenever i enter the game and sign in to the account and after i select everything and start the first tutorial after finishing and wining nothing happens my charecter just stays standing and the bot is just laying down but nothing happens ive no idia why thou am using iphone 6s and the internet is on i tried waiting for several mins but still mothinf happens

install the original version for finish the tutorial then install the hacked version for play
