I'm not sure that most of this are unable, But be noted when you are trying to craft one of these items. If you know that nothing happens when you crafted in one of these items then you're good.

Thank you, but for example (I know for a fact the Dragunov is uncraftable) should i delete it or am i already screwed?

If nothing happens to you just don't do anything, Or if you want to be feel safe then better remove it.
