Introducing the iOS Super Install System [New way to install with NO REVOKE]

This error below is what I get when I use the super install method. Please help! I have been trying for quite some time now. 
 

“There is already a user has started to sign with the app, try again some minutes later!” 

There is no point then to pay for super install if it will still gives you error to wait like free direct install
