I am in Kuwait and this is exactly what is happening to me too.

The game is safe and I've been playing and I didn't get banned once.

 so I second you to ask @Cz1993 to provide a proxy for ME server since a good number of vip members are from the ME.

I really don't know if this is possible, but if it's done that would be great.
