I can't enter the game when I click on activating the yellow code, then I go out?  I waited 10s still can't get in?  why ?

The game kills once every about 10 minutes, but is it crashing?  Wrong procedure?  Since I want to use the slider, I start VPN and Antivan immediately after pressing hackstart.  It is not ban.  Please tell me the cause.  If you're crashing you need a new activation code so you have to wait 3 days and can't play?
