/private/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application

Step 2. Find Application folder FullMetal Jackpot 

Step 3.Goto the documents folder inside open the preferences.xml file 

Step 4. Edit This String

                <float name="value" value="1" /

The value for you will Be either 0 or -1 

Change it To 1 And save the file and relaunch the game.

once ingame you’ll be zoomed out the max level of the ability
