DO NOT install xcon from xarold repo. im on 11.3.1 jb with electra vfs exploit. xCon will make cydia crashes on start and unable to run cydia. I have to run  electra and disable Tweaks, then  remove xCon from cydia and re-jb again with tweaks on.

yes xcon isn’t iOS 11 supported that’s the reason ,
