App crashing for VIP login

Hello,

I seem to have some problems when signing in the app. I'm a VIP so i downloaded some apps which require a VIP login.
Sometimes the login box appears but the icon of the iosgg is black, which i know once i click on "Login" it freezes and crash the app.
Can i know how can i fix this? It can happen as many as 20 over times before i am able to login to the game.

Game only crash’s if login failed or the hack is outdated or you have 2 of the same hacks installed with an outdated version
