Last Day on Earth- Is it possible to use hack to your advantage then uninstall the hack?

Hello, guys new here.

My favorite game right now is Last Day on Earth.

Is it possible to use free crafting that is enabled with the hack to stock up on weapons etc., then uninstall the hack?

Would this work and will my crafted items still be available?

Yes, just have Game Center on and when you are Done with the hack you can install iTunes version again and reset from that save!
