I have troubles with the save game, when i upgrade things (like minigun) or do things (bunker) it all works, but when i log out, and log in again some of my progress is lost?

did all the 4 floors of the bunker and when i returned only floor 1 was done... 

i had 2 turrents in my base, log out, after an hour i log in again and turrents are gone...

 

can someone tell me if i am the only one? 

And how can i fix this?
