Delete the app and re-install, then go to settings and trust the apple ID you used to install the app.

If that doesn't work, go to the apple site and register a new apple ID then used that to install the game. It sounds complicated but it's not, each apple ID allows you to develop 10 apps maximum per week.

Are you guys even able to load your own home when you try to get in? I know that it's possible to enter other ares on the map but when you try to enter your own home the loading bar/page gets stuck?
