What method did you try?

Direct Download has been no fail for this game.

Have you ever Direct downloaded an app to iOS?

There are steps to go through to verify the app.

When the app loads, you enter your iOsgg login info.

From there you can restore the game as long as it was linked with Gamecenter to start.
