Whatever if it worked in the past the problem is that it don’t now isn’t ? If it doesn’t work you might have a problem with you device or you computer ??

If it’s the first time you opening the game just wait it will load. But if you had a progress, you crafted an unreleased item, your progress is gone. You can start a new game if you want, but your progress is dead
