You can build the atv, but you have to uninstall the hack make sure you at the level to build it, do the initial build, the reinstall the hack restore you progress, get all materials you need for it minus the trans, reinstall normal version, add all the pieces and you will have the atv mostly built, re install the hack and keep searching for the trans make sure if you get it or install parts do it in normal mode and not hack mode I did it I was at the level the built it and I have it in hack mode I believe this applies with all crafting I will try it as I level and keep others posted
