you should turn off two factor authentication 

and download itunes.

Make sure that you connect your phone to the pc and itunes recognizes the phone

then close the itunes and try again with impactor

Play 10+ you will get banned in the game. 

So my guess is that tencent doesn’t give any duck for hackers unless they don’t play with hacks in crew challange and esports teams. The 2 month ban wave is synchronized with the start of the crew challenge and with the end of season.
