Do I need a computer for IPA's or is it the only way

Just wondering if I need to have a computer to do an IPA install or if I can use just my phone.

Non-Jailbreak = need computer for install IPA

Jailbreak = u can install for computer or use your phone

If your phone is jailbreak then u can download the game off the app and install it straight into your phone
