Last Day On Earth Problems

I recently downloaded the free store for update 1.6.6 and it was working fine so i purchased some crates but when i went back to the game it just freezes on the last little bit of progress remaining on the loading screen. This happend to my last account a month ago so i started again but this time i was wondering if theres a reason for this and if theres a way to get it working again. Thanks in advance. 9_9
