My pubg stuck at starting logo

I just downloaded global pubg after finished everything works fine until I enter activation key and I got stuck at starting logo, Any fix for this problem? My device its ipad air 2, ios 12.4.1, chimera jailbreak. I did use tweak to disable others tweak and run safe mode still stuck at starting logo please helps
