No PayPal SVIP

Why isn’t there PayPal for svip purchase, only credit card, seems sketchy..... and my CC was declined...?

I’m not exactly sure about this as well I was also wondering how this could work even though I don’t have svip. I assume they aren’t compatible with PayPal and such and it’s easiest to use the credit card
