Let me explain:

there is no free certificate, everthing need to pay.

Apple does not allow people to sign and install applications outside of the AppStore, and if they find out they will revoke the certificates.

normal certificate from apple cost 399$ which need a months of time and a real information for get it, but we get from other people which is more higher.
