Dont need a pc to install, just use your iphone or ipad then go to in the post and tap direct install.

if you really want to install with pc, you can try to use ifunbox to install the ipa file.

The direct install is stuck with the icon you get if you don't put any icon for your app. And ofc you can't click on that.
