WHY CAUSES BOOTLOOPS IN ELECTRA JAILBREAK?

As you already know, Electra jailbreak is the most stable jailbreak since Pangu for iOS 9. Users experience no random resprings or reboots, thanks to Xerub’s KPPless technique.

However, bootloops and respring loops are still prevalent on this tool.

Here are a few known causes of bootloops on Electra jailbreak.

Installing an incompatible or buggy Cydia tweak.

Uninstalling a tweak like SCOthman for Snapchat or LockGlyphX along with its dependencies.

Accidentally removing core files of the iOS operating system through Filza.

Even if you don’t remember doing any of these things, you can still get hit out of the blue.

FIXING BOOTLOOP ON IOS 11-11.1.2 FIRMWARE

METHOD 1

This method will work for all devices provided you set your nonce beforehand.

If you have SHSH Blobs saved up for iOS 11.1.2 firmware, you can follow this tutorial Here

 and re-restore or upgrade to iOS 11.1.2 again from the same or older versions.

METHOD 2.

If internet connection is still active on your device, you can try connecting to Find My iPhone. Once you detect your device, you must wipe it remotely.

This has one major downside – it will remove all the user data such as photos from your device.

However, your device will stay on the same firmware version, which will allow you to jailbreak it again.

METHOD 3 (RECOMMENDED)

Although this isn’t a surefire fix, you can still try third-party tools to solve this problem.

Put your device in recovery mode.

Use Reiboot or Recboot software to kick it out of recovery mode.

Alternatively, you can try putting your device in DFU mode and then perform a hard reset.

METHOD 4

Allow your device’s battery to discharge completely. Many users have reported that they were able to get their devices working again after a reboot.

If none of these methods work for you, you must upgrade your device to the latest firmware version via iTunes. The latest firmware of iOS at the of writing this article is version 11.2.6/11.2.5.
