I have a method of sharing your iOS applications with your friends and so far it works fine even on iOS 10.3.3!

what you need:

1-jailbroken device

2-app sync (latest version I think it's 8.2 as for to day)

3-Ext3nder from repo.xatold.com

4-filza file manager

now before we  start I recommend to do that on cracked apps other wise you have to inter your Apple ID on received device!

now the tutorial:

go to Ext3nder and enable user apps

go to any app on installed section 

and tap on it and choose rebuild to .ipa

the go to downloads and you see your IPA file tap on it and tap on open in and you can send it via Air drop

now the receiver needs to accept it and open it in filza then put it inside of Ext3nder folder and go back to Ext3nder and tap on install and wait to be installed!
