So those that have account authorisation issue. 
try this method it worked for me. 

Go to settings 

then click general 

scroll to the bottom to the reset option

select reset all settings only. 

It will reset setting only and not lose any data of your device. 

Dont click the content one

If you have crafted a unreleased item and can’t get back in to the game you will need a new Apple ID and new game. 

To create a free Apple ID 

signout of the AppStore 

then find a free app and download, it will ask if you want to create new account or use existing create a new one. 

Mom payment screen just press skip. 

Use the new ID to sign into game centre in the setting app

No it says I have to activate this account to login to the game says I have no content I hade to come on this and post something and replay to activate account
