Sadly you crafted an unreleased item (there is a topic, link on first page, with unreleased items).

So when you craft an unreleased item, if you don’t kill yourself at home before you exit, the game will crash and bug your save. So sadly you have to start again.. just delete the game, reinstall and don’t restore the save (start fresh).
