It happens sometimes, the game just take time to load, restart it maybe. If it doesn’t work then you might have crafted an unreleased item

How to activate them?

You need coins to increase points and energy, and actually coins feature doesn’t work.

But for the consumable it works, maybe you didn’t understand how to use them ?
