[Activation Code] How to get Self-service Activation Code for PUBG

Hello guys , I've wiped pubg mobile data via apps manager . Now I can't activate my device because " I reached the maximum times to use the coupon " although I used it 2 times only . Also I've canceled my pending orders of all my activation codes . Any solutions ?
