Everything Except the C4 (which still can't be crafted. it has to be found) are NOT OUT. The materials to craft them are not available in the game as of yet. So, if you go ahead and craft them you WILL have to restart the game ALL OVER unless you had a save on a second Game Center Account.

Yes, it does. Until the Developers of The Last Day On Earth put out an update that says we can craft or find those specific items (like they did with the C4), we will be unable to craft them. You're welcome, glad it was helpful.
