    i've done with step 6 but when i open general ->profile & device management i saw nothing ??

    one thing i notice is when cydia impactor was loading , it disappeared though the bar wasn't full...

    Anyone know how to fix this ??? thanks in advance

    and by the way i'm using ios 12.2 , kinda wondering whether or not this is the main reason...
