I don’t know man. It could be your phone or some apps that conflict with the hack. My suggestion is reset your network setting then reinstall the hack. Please don’t take my words as solution. You can try if you want.

Let me guess. Most people getting banned are on jailbreak devices because there is plenty reason that people install tweaks(apps) from Cydia that could counterpart with the hack, then booom. I have played over 10 matches with no banned at all. I don’t use any code except AOE. Mine is non jailbreak device. Correct me if I’m wrong.
