DPKG_locked Could not open file (2.No such file Or directory)

So tell me how to fiX it with non working cydia

Cydia Does not install Anything it give Dpkg Error, my cydia is not useable so I see this is the only option

Can tell me how to Delete cydia, I installed it but its not Working Cydia is Giving Dpkg error and The solution is to delete and reinstall. so I have done it Step by step but at the last step when u use scp command and Put Delectra in, And press Enter it Says “No such file Or Directry”
