Instructions:

Step 3: Delete the Documents folder in: /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Last Day On Earth: Survival/
Step 4: Unzip the downloaded archive and then copy & paste the Documents folder to:
/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Last Day On Earth: Survival/
Step 5: (Optional) If your game won't save try signing out of Game Center.
